The river runs, it leaps, it dashes,
Swirls in sun-glint, tumbles, crashes—
Rush of silver, quick as thunder,
Cracking rocks and rifting under.
Leaves lean low, they dip, they quiver,
Green tongues whisper—hush!—then shiver.
Wind-whipped, whirling, wild, unchained,
Bent-back branches twist, untamed.
Sky spills light in sudden flashing,
Cloud-claps break, then rain comes thrashing.
Earth drinks deep, its roots go gripping,
Life flares forth in bursting, slipping!
Here’s a world that will not falter,
Shaped by storm and season’s altar.
Sprung in pulse, it beats, it races,
Nature’s heart in shifting paces.
